Quietly and unexpectedly
Closed the gates
Of your heart
And without uttering a word
You left…

Embarking on the gloomy
Ship of aimlessness
And careless wandering
You closed your eyes
And left.

You turned your back
And blindly
Closed the door behind you,
Leaving only the strange echo
Of your footsteps
To whisper the last words
That could ever be said.

And so you left,
Ignoring
The world around you,
Throwing yourself
Into the nothingness
Of hazard,

Turning into a cloud of solitude
Among so many others,
A wave that breaks
When it comes against the shore,
Forever fading into the sea of
Inexistence.
