Two tears fell
In the swan-lake The mist of misfortune hides Terrible agony of heart-rending pain Which never dies but never seems awake Two tears fell On the white feathers The scent of slaughter hangs in the air His wrath shrugged the lithe necks They whimpered when he twisted their heads Two tears fell On the naked body Of the pure illusion brimming in her eyes They squirted mud on the hypocrite grin His face blackened to the top of his chin Two tears fell Like drought in the obscure Light where visions lie and sleep Love withers like the fairest flower Love bleeds like an open wound Two tears fell On what’s to loo Their fate’s written with the signs of doom When death’s their lives to prune Their love’s nothing but vomit Bacteria invading its remains Two tears fell From the two graves
