I sometimes feel the need,
To walk in the rain, The dampness i don't heed As it goes down the drain. I like the gray sky, With water falling down. Without asking myself why, I like the look of this town. It's nothing that anormal. It's just a small place, Sometimes it feels formal, A little damp life in a little damp place. The rain clouds give way, The sun doesnt come out. Being fall, it's not a nice day So the dampness is still about. The damp scent of the air, Is filling my senses, It's still dampening my hair. My soul demands it's expenses. I walk in the park, smelling, The scent of the rain, My brain in bumb not anymore telling, My sorrow is gone, no longer in pain I so love to see the damp rain go down the drain.
