In the blurry moonlit graveyard, midnight caught me awake,
Shades from distant shores are invading my reality; “Why am I still here?” My mind struggles for the sanity’s sake, While I feel a familiar taste of lycanthropy. The hunger inside grows stronger, the full moon laughs in my face As it becomes red, spreading chaotic visions of blood, A sudden anger bound me in its unholy embrace Nullifying the last innocent thought:”so cold, so cold…” Trapped in a fever and weak, I see above a moonless sky, I am myself again; I try to walk, I try to scream, “I think I’ll faint, or will I die?” I fall asleep in a cold sigh, With images of a bloody feast echoing through my dream. My ardent body shivers under the holy touch of dawn, The Sun conquered the sky as a redeemer of my senses, Free, my conscience screams: “What have I done? What have I done? “ …I’m awake now, in the garden of cannibalized corpses.
