The sunset has vanished to a twilight reinvented,
Reinhaled, as the sorrows we survive No longer breathing And due to drawn in the night's eye So I to you...a wish forever sentenced... Thus crumble all that life has lived to see The plains succumb to horizontal fires... No longer touched The distant clouds turned veil for the stars of heigher So high that I...no breath I hear of thee... A skeleton of amber wood, a corner sheltered from the dusk, Relived, safe-kept for centuries, a hollow for the past No longer seen As layers of darkness swallow all that didn't last...
