...the rest i pass/peace and quiet i yearn
i have heard a man full of hatred say “all the poets are always drunk how sick of them to fiddle with pen and paper.†one sentence i would rather not say, however, i want you to know/ that man is mad there’s one thing that he doesn’t know poets and sculptures create the day has migrated/morrow is uncertain... what is there left for me to say? stand tall with dignity and carry on fiddling with your pen i'll pass the bottle around cheers!
