May we forever see the trees in blossom
And through the golden fields undaunted stream Our spirit is endowed and grateful, And bows to one unspoiled dream… And should the leaves carry our sadness, Upon the wind, a wrathful walker, The spring of our childhood laughter, Shall never fade, nor shall be darken Now it is you I write these lines, As one forever grateful is, To brighten sun, to youthful friends, Who taught us how being happy feels… But then our roads would come to part, And rotten, spoiled and inhumed, Over the tomb I lie within, Your flowers will forever bloom…
