The sun shone on the edges of the cup, And you were the black dwarf Inside the cup of coffee. I put my finger inside the cup, And the dwarf stuck up my thumb. Oh, my dear, At night, when the body begs for rest, When my lips become silent And my lids close, you come in my dreams… It’s sign that the soul doesn't rest! During the day I read stories inside cups, At night I dream. And so, I invent you, even you, The dwarf inside the cup of coffee!
