Cornflower blue heavens
rapidly turning into
a deep indigo sky
old man climbing
over the horizon
his bright lamp shining
in the night
shadows on his face
clouds driven by the wind
ideas in my head
moods painting scenes
of sorrow and bliss:
trapped prince
silently suffering hopelessness
warriors fighting
lost battles in dark forests
children playing
with stardust sparkling
golden rings
in their hair entwined
whatever I see will be
on the thirsty canvas
of my mind
