O-n-e:
One shiningdark morning, I caught you seeking in my armoire. T-h-i-e-f: You thief, voleur, I said, what are you doing here? I'm looking for a pair of socks, you said, blushing. I have to go to the prom, and I need socks from your closet... This is not a closet, you fool! are you blind, or what? ...I said ... Regarde! Smell! Don't you feel the oak's scent? F-o-u-n-d: I found something in your armoire. And your eyes... Tant么t verts, Tant么t bleus, Tant么t maroon, like the autumn in Ytaka ...were almost closed. Suddenly, your right young cyclopean eye wide opened in my left eye, like a gentle geyser in an iceberg. Y-o-u-r: Your eye, in my eye, looking at you (shy, hot, frighten, cold, shallow, proud, discovering the North Pole). Are you dreaming? I asked you. You are dreaming, you answered me, using all my words, in another order. I dream, I said, I am tired, I said... Please wake-up, you said, polite! S-k-e-l-e-t-o-n: You have a skeleton in your closet. What skeleton, you fool? I-n m-y a-r-m-o-i-r-e: It's a simple mirror.
