Motto:
Here the silence announces the Next explosion Though the rehearsals with the gas masks Worn on Purim Are not recommended for New borne! But let's go back to poetry It's like a golden star everywhere, Provoking allergy But I hold it like a shield. @ A poem which does not die today When something remains after us: A recognizing sign, A habit reserved over generations, A recipe on a page corner The taste for life or not, The forgotten photos! Something remains after our path: The music of the young soul, The pages scribbled undecipherable, The lazy voice of memories Magazine pages uncut! Something remains after us: toured books Over seas and over lands On a language not known to grandchildren, Some albums full of paper cuts Of poems, prizes and dreams, Stuff folded, rejected Bizarre nostalgia closed in a safe And the small change collected By precise schemas dictated by the wind The aging dilemma never being elucidated In the new millennium of pointless conversations Remains to sew a Chain of unwritten memories Without sentiments, The difficulty of adaptation became - A rescue wheel - Translated by Noemi Marcovici
