Și cântă, frunzele se rup
Sub noi poveri de brumă.
Cad greu, sicriele de plumb.
Sicriele de plumb, tăcute
zac printre prafuri de mormânt
iar vântul aspru, se ascute
când dorm sicriele de plumb.
