some days you pass through the living room
through the almost hazy light and then your fingers suddenly become translucent as if a strange illness invades your body the road to school and the unearthly sounds of the morning do not wake you up from the day dream only the vague image of the cinema hall induces the memory of a beautiful woman passing through a long dark corridor into your mind you walk carefully on the footways as the dead might listen to your steps and it’s not the silence, but the fear that they might burst out like a lava which makes you slow down in front of the candy shop a child eating his ice-cream his smile almost makes you fall into a trance
