As I continue on
my path of what
some might call
"self-delusion"
I look for my own inner peace
which to many is only an "illusion"


But at the end of life's "day"
when all is said and done,
its your own path, your own walk,
your rising moon, your setting sun

So look not back with regret
or woe
just remember your life is
your own "one man show"

And with that in mind,
live each day as your "last"
and to others be kind
as your future becomes your past
