Motto:
"I took a walk around the world to ease my troubled mind I left my body laying somewhere in the sands of time I watched the world float to the dark side of the moon I feel there is nothing I can do..." -Brad Arnold, 3DD Lately I feel like I've been losing touch with the world. I feel confused, frustrated and, frankly, frightened. I sit here in my room, typing away at my would-be spectacularly erudite, post-modern, cynical and absolutely brilliant prose while the whole world (well, maybe not the whole world, but most of the world I know) is working towards a better tomorrow. And I feel like I've been lef out. It's not fair! I want to fight for democracy too! I want to bomb the hell out of some village with a name I can't pronounce in the name of PEACE! I want to get government funding to explore the feasibility of a counterstrike plan, in the context of declining international security and increasing threats aimed at my way of life. I will not back down; in fact, I will strengthen my efforts tenfold in order to show our furious and righteous resolve to all who question or challenge that which we stand for. I will devote my resources both financial as well as human to supporting our most dearly held beliefs: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I will smite our enemies with righteous anger in the name of life, I will emprison and mock our opponents in the name of liberty, I will deny all other ways of life because mine is the best (and I will prove it with my tanks) in the name of happiness. I will do all these and much more and the world shall rejoice and be a safer, healthier and more prosperous realm and it shall be the fruit of my labour. So help me God! I'm sorry... am I crazy or is it hot in here?
