Diana and Corina-

I like the mood in this one- ()

Thanks a lot, Monica!

And when she starts singing-

Ooops!

You may easily get into that Xmas moos, Corina-

Not half bad, but-

Your statement about clarity-

I see- ()

Indeed-

Ravens are extensions of their own fear-

Thanks a lot, A-T! This is a kind of travesty effect-

Regarding incast

Robert Johnson was one of the foremost blues poets-

Yes, but I must insist, though-

A toast for Hertha Müller-

The description of october here-

Hatred, war and guntoting- ()

Relaxed? ()

Ã… profound conclusion- ()

Such is-

If there were stars for good comments, Gunsel-

As Adrian Henry put it:

Okay, but don't you think-

You may not be able to imagine that-

One of the great advantages-

Marius! ()

Interesting, really- ()

Rich images in this one- ()

You're only allowed-

Not half bad. Welcome new member!

A little quote from master Bob-

In fact, Corina-

P.S:

Excellent, of course, Mazhur-

All wrapped up, Ion?

Thanks a lot; Laura,

Rhythm- ()

Taking the virus-

I like this one, Anna-

Once in a while, dan marius-

"I drive a Rolls Royce-

A rhytmic and obsessed poem-

An ominous, cryptic quality - ()

What a pioneer, what a trailblazer-

The absurdity and estrangement of war... ()

To be precise...

It must have been a mistake...

Grammar/Syntax

Simona!

Undoubtedly one of the great voices...

In this strikingly simple way... ()

Quite all right, just beware...

He who has ears, let him hear

And that pleases me...

V.V:

That finish really does it, Corina! ()

Problem, what problem, Ion?

Life is strong and strange, Simona...

Indeed!

I'll surely consider your suggestion, Veronica...

The fierce wind...

In this poem I've put on my fictional hat...

You leave this imprint on my mind here, Romulus:

Thanks indeed, Veronica!

Redemption songs...

I sincerely hope and pray...

Madness? I'd rather say...

Cat/batwoman meets...

And I am most grateful...

Thanks a lot Horia, watch out...

The tale of Pinocchio...

Pinocchio lives...

The god of war...

Thanks a lot, L.I !

As I get back to this...

Indeed a fine tale... ()

Intense... ()

When the air takes colour...

Been giving it some thought...

As much as I enjoy ABBA's music, Corina...

Midwest? Well...

I can't have been entirely awake, ion...

One absurd moment in Joplin's recording career...

I really appreciate...

Right you are, Gunsel... ()

After the necessary revision...

Gunsel!

Those big feet...

Poetry... ()

I sense...

Poet bananas...

In fact...

PS,Corina...

Poisonous silence...

Who indeed, Corina...

That's right, Edilberto! ()

Still a couple...

Indeed a valid interpretation, Simona, but I'd like to add...

What a build-up...

A fine, meditative... ()

I am pretty sure, Constantin...

But I can...

Poetry TV might be...

Everyone wants to succeed, Chris...

A distuingished end... ()

A fine tale of ambiguity...

The veil of maya...

Inside my head the themes...

There is no surrealism like...

That's to the point, Simona!

I erpecially loved...

This poem certainly...

A most pleasing simplicity... ()

As lutherans, roman catholics and anglicans...

Superior figments of the mind...

I totally agree, Simona...

That's an entertaining comment, Simona!

Thank you, Dan...

Thanks a lot, Gunsel...

Motionless...

And so.. ()

A symbol of art itself, Horia...

Mozart...

Wrong section

The original poem obviously contains...

Provided...

Just an impulse, Marius...

What a beautiful Decline, Florin... ()

A song by The Beach Boys...

That's a piece of good advice, Felix...

You wind me up...

Clear, concise... ()

Obviously a one-nighter, Horia! ()

Now that darned error is removed...

An intense piece...

Veronica, however distasteful...

A little bit of Tao... ()

Yells...

Whatever the poetic intent might be here...

Ah...

Peculiar, interesting...

All right, I'll approve it, in spite of a few...

Zoom indeed, Simona...

Sometimes, Horia...

Now I get you.

All that jazz...

This comment makes me wonder...

Angelic modernity... ()

Dreams may be strange...

Fascinating! ()

Not a bad version...

Those loops...

Touching...

I like the...

Please revise these errors:

Horia!

Depicting the interior...

PS (sorry)

Latter day Byzants.... ()

Thanks a lot for your apprecation, Laurentiu!

Short, concise...

I sincerely look forward to...

God on each...

Here I find speed, eloquence, music and...

Striking again!

I see you got a punch... ()

Belongs in the Romanian section

Love hurts...

Though I won't approve this...

I second that statement about conflicts, Romulus!

This theme should be elaborated...

Try the French section!

Corrected...

The struggling self...

Isn't it powerful, Diana...

Choice is the word, Yoanna.

Hey, I like this... ()

And...

Perception of the world...

Busted flat in Baton Rouge...

Emotional depth....

Interpretation is so individual, Simona...

This contribution, Simona...

Horia!

My together had no eternity?

Isn't it striking...

Your comment is most generous, Horia...

Sorry for missing that h...

What a great conclusion!

Vivid, with effective and beautiful images...

Not bad...

One's self...

There... ()

Brilliant apart from two spelling errors.

Wrong section

Rain transformed to roots.

Time changes into ever new garments...

Pretty intense...

Please revise these errors:

Fine and dandy, L.I.

The archaic English here...

Quite allright, just be aware...

Interesting things happening...

Maybe a bit too vague for me...

I really like the loose rhythm...

The Stones' version...

Thanks a lot, Simona. Isn't time....

Same to you, Vavila!

That dusty accordion will keep throbbin...

Ode to Dualism... ()

As Marius I enjoyed this fine poem..

Counting Angels...

Happy New Year and thanks a lot, Marius!

! Felix

Thanks a lot, aleksandar!

No contradiction, Diana!

Janis...

A manifesto with bravado...

Love and friendship...

The relation between a woman and her brutal husband...

Yoanna!

The only reason... ()

Watching the "Divina Commedia", Edilberto... ()

A gothic tale...

Dali's bending of figures...

Fiction, of course, Theodor...

Portnoy's complaint...

Well delivered...

Ah! ()

Such a mellow... ()

If you did just that...

Solstace tomorrow...

All that jazz... ()

A couple of thrilling ideas there, Ion!

Much too much of the same sound...

Check the rhyming!

The ever enchanting spirit...

Approved, but...

Wel, the way I see it, it's formally okay...

Splendid, Simona...

I wish that too... ()

Classical verses... ()

A ballad of war's insanity

It really pleases me, Dan Marius...

And....good Golly!

Since music is one of my favorite occupations...

Despite...

And here's one... ()

Dan saw it...

I perceive this poem...

I wouldn't need to fit in, Simona...

When reading this... ()

I second Marius' opinion...

Sounds heavy, Felix...

I certainly appreciate...

Alas... ()

This is a piece with some fine imagery!

Romulus, don't you think...

Marius!

A question of form...

There...

Interesting, but some revision needed...

A mellow sway to the beat here... ()

A most welcome response...

Once again....

Quite visual, this poem... ()

A recognizabe state of existence... ()

Graceful creatures they are, Corina!

That's better!

So nice...

Touching really...

Still I read "the" patience. It's not proper English ...

Not half bad...

That's what I call poetry workshop...

A good idea indeed, Marius...

Please, drop "the" at the beginning of your last line ...

So nice, Marius....

Viel dank, Marius!

A very good idea...

Ooops..we are such STUFF

"We are such stuss as dreams are made on"... ()

Just a few images...

Simple, beautiful...

The smoke carrying the DNA... ()

"a place to confess." ()

Across the universe...

Mmmm...

A plea for forgiveness... ()

Just a shimmy with that old devil..

A creepy sense... ()

One line comes to mind:

I don't think "by chance" is the right expression here...

Thank you, Edilberto...

Last saturday, Marius...

This is really remarkable, because...

Marius, I was not inclining that you were unaware...

Sweet, but sadly conventional.

It's coherent, no big flaws...

A fine tribute to a great musician, Marius, however...

Mask, teeth, whatever, Monica...

Comprende, Feilx...

Edilberto, thanks a lot and you know...

A toast, Marius...

I really appreciate...

Thanks a lot, Corina!

Felix, in what way...

Just leave me with... ()

Time and space...

And so...

I see you rhyme as good... ()

Biography John Willy Kopperud

First years spent in various towns surrounding the Oslo fiord. Grew up in a suburb east of the city, both near to and withdrawn from my numerous peers. Significantly radicalized at the age of fourteen. Grew disappointed with the revolution and signed up for the magical mystery autumn 69. Radicalized once more. Dropped out once more. Fairly well educated during the 80's and 90's.
Poetry? Off and on, I'd say. Besides poems I have weitten both pop lyrics (plus lyrics for contemporary music)and short stories. What moves me? Imagination I guess. Imagination should not contradict everyday life (and the other way around.)
I must hold forth that good old Willie S. has quite a point when he gives fair warning regarding "The man who hath no music in himself."
Music? I have mentioned pop lyrics - to be more precise - most of these are connected to the singer/songwriter tradition. Concrete and melodious music. I have also been active in another musical area,
in the crossroad between music and noise. This is not academic sheet-music, it's rather built on improvisation and momentary exploration. Later on the product has been technically modified. Roar Borge My accomplice in the project "Fisk på Disc" available with the MP3 Album "School of fish'n'chips" through the net-distrubutor, TibProd. He has done the producing in his home studio on his own computer. The album is no. 53 in the companys catalogue and the address is : http://www.tibprod.com.
Ten tracks on the net for you to download. Be my guests!

My wife, Kristin, is responsible for some very nice poetic lyrics. For some of that material I have written
pop/singer-songwriter music.

Married to my life companion at the age of 33.One child. We live in a suburb some six kilometers from where I grew up.
Career: No big deal. Life: Good. Hardships: Yes
Happiness: Yes.
